I Lost my Secret Phrase , how can i rest it , or wht can i do , as i can log in my wallet , but im not able too do any thing els , staking 

I believe I ran into the same problem I have 3 Apollo Wallet ID's and only 2 of my phrases.. Can I transfer my balance to the Wallet I have the ID and Seed for and delete the old wallet?
